Meeting Minutes: March 6, 2018

Meeting called to order by: Angel Zayaz – President
Attendance: Angel Zayaz, Linda Leonard, Amanda Paschal, Marly Dombrower, Jenny Brown, Nikki Driessner
Approval of Minutes: Minutes from February meeting were approved.
- Treasurer’s Report:
-Have not received any money from the bounced checks from the start of the year.
-Sock Hop profit was $757.81
1stand 2ndgrade performances were last week.
Conferences coming up
Currently dong teacher interviews for next year to replace teachers we will lose.
Next year there will be: 2 full day K; 5 total K; 5 1st; 4 2nd; 5 3rd; 4 4th; 4 5thclasses as of now.
Teacher Conference meals – Good on the sign up this week, need to look at next week.
Book Fair–Need volunteers.
School Supply Kits – Need the updated supply lists. April 20 is the date to turn in the lists. Start advertising April 30th. June 24thwill be the last day to order. Delivered in July.
We will need to print the flyers.
Spirit Wear–Board approves to order shirts for Kindy night. Sizes, colors, etc. TBD.
End of Year Activity – PTO decided to let the teachers do their own things.
School Clean Up Day/ Earth Day – District will address the items once the weather is nice. The back hill needs to be a grounds meeting.
Used Book Sale– May 10thafter school and all day May 11th.
Dates for next school year–Book Fairs November 12-16 and March 11-15; Western Night August 24; Digger Dash September 28, rain date October 5; Sock Hop February 1.
